Flames team manager Clement Kafwafwa has hinted that they will not make a late call to fill the position of injured defender Pililani Zonda.

Zonda suffered a back injury which has ruled him out of Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) against Guinea.
The Nyasa big Bullets right back pulled his back muscle injury last week during a training session which flames team doctor Levison Mwale said he will be out action for two weeks.
But when asked if there is an option to call another defender into the camp to replace Zonda, Kafwafwa said they have enough defenders to fill the gap left by Zonda.
“We have at least six defenders in our camp so there is no need to call another one with the limited time remaining. Zonda’s injury is a blow but we have Lanjezi and Sanudi who both played as right backs so we have other options left,” said Kafwafwa.
Zonda missed Bullets game yesterday when they beat Dynamos 1 nil in the first leg of Nyasa Challange Cup during the launch of their sponsorship deal.
The flames will face Guinea away on 25 March before a replay at Kamuzu stadium on 29.
Before meeting Guinea the team is expected to play a friendly match against Sierra Leone.
Meanwhile FAM president Walter Nyamilandu has appealed to fans to come in large numbers at Kamuzu Stadium to support the flames.
“The game will be played on Tuesday. This is
not the first time we have played a game in a mid week,” said Nyamilandu.
He urged all fans to patronize the game in large numbers and give a huge morale to the National team.
