MSB – FDH Merger Victims

When FDH Bank acquired MSB sometime last year, the entire Nation and all the employees for the said banks  were assured that NO-ONE was going to lose his or her job.  Unfortunately, that is not the case as below are the names of victims who have indeed lost their jobs as a result of the merger.

Member for Lilongwe South Peter Dimba asked during the talks on the sale of MSB to FDH and was quoted as following:

“Why not restructure MSB to take care of the investment aspect: How do you close a tomato business to star another tomato business? WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE 600 PLUS employees MSB currently has should the sale materialized”

Sadly, his oversight in questioning this has indeed been proven to be true as below are the names of the victims of the merger:
