The forward was in Guinea with Malawi for an Afcon game but he is yet to sign a contract with Bullets, raising speculations that he is on his way out of the club to rivals Mighty Wanderers if the said amount is not put on the table.

However, Msowoya has rubbished the reports saying he joined Bullets because he loves the club.

“Thats total rubbish. I have never demanded such amount of money from Bullets. I joined the club because of love. If people have nothing to say, they better shut up,” said Msowoya.

Findings by The Malawi Star can reveal that the player will sign on the dotted line this coming Thursday once he is done with the National team.

Msowoya was a key member for Bullets last season in their title defence as he scored vital goals and he was the joint top goal scorer alongside Innocent Bokosi of Red Lions with 14 goals.
