The late Kanjira Banda was supposed to present evidence to the National Assembly this afternoon on how the government was siphoning money from The Office of the President and Cabinet to gain favor as the Ruling DPP is becoming more and more unpopular.

The late Kanjira confidently stipulated that Leader of the House, Francis Kasaira is a recipient of a whopping Fifty Million Malawi Kwacha cash donation from the government.

On Friday, Kanjira Banda was thrown out of parliament after a prolonged argument with First Deputy Speaker, Esther Mcheka Chilenje on allegations that he (Kanjira Banda) confidently insinuated that the ruling DPP is siphoning money via the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC), to butter up cabinet ministers as part of its political propaganda.

Honorable Francis Kasaira has rejected the accusation and said the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), is strong as ever and this can be demonstrated by their recent victory over the leading opposition party MCP (Malawi Congress Party) in their contest over Zomba Chisi Parliamentary seat.

On Friday, late Kanjira Banda also proposed a cut government funding of MBC.

He claimed that State run Malawi Broadcasting Corporation does not deserve a share of the MK 3 Billion allocated to the OPC because the MBC has become a propaganda mechanism.

Kanjira Banda was elected on a Malawi congress party (MCP) ticket in May 2014.
