Lilongwe based rapper, Rebirth is set to release a new video called ‘Lion of Judah’ on 1 March this year, Malawi Star can reveal.
The artist told The Malawi Star that this is just the beginning as he has set his eyes on producing a new album before the end of the year entitled ‘freedom.’
He said the yet to be released video is a praise and worship piece of music which will let God control and protect his people.
“I am promising my fans that I will give them the best. I took time in coming up with this video so they should expect nothing less than the best from me,” he said.
Real name MacFarlen Magombo made an assurance to his fans that his upcoming music album will be one of the best.
“I am planning to produce a music album before the end of the year and let me assure my fans that it will be one of the best albums in Malawi,” he explained.
He started his music career in 2012 after nearly spending two solid years on writing and practicing.
Later, Rebirth gave his life to Jesus Christ after being convinced by his brother.
He has released singles like Lion of Judah, am gone, not again, do I look like I care and many more.
The artist is also a founder of Touch of Hope Initiative which is a charity organization targeting young people who are less privileged and it has now turned focus on getting rid of all street kids in Malawi and in other African countries.
