Mighty Beforward Wanderers football club fans will have to wait a little longer for them to watch their striker, Ishmael Thindwa, in the field of play again.

Thindwa, was once Tnm Super League top goal scorer joined the Nomads last season from Caps United FC of Zimbabwe.
The former Epac football club forward got injured when Nomads were playing against Dedza Young Soccer FC in Carlsberg Cup match at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.
Speaking to a local paper, Nomads general secretary Mike Butao said Thindwa had an operation of his injury and Doctors have advised him to wait for six weeks to recover.
Explained Butao, “There is progress on Thindwa’s injury recovery, after some weeks he will start the training. Doctors have advised him wait for six weeks to get back in the field.
He further revealed that the club is in pipeline with Democratic Republic of Congo’s club TP Mazembe for a possible move of Joseph Kamwendo.
“Currently we are discussing with TP Mazembe and we are hoping that all will be good,” added Butao.
Meanwhile, former Malawi National Football team Captain has joined preparations ahead of 2016 Carlsberg Cup.
